Air Conditioning, VGs (Vortex Generators, for slower landing speeds), RMD wing tips with Flashing anti-collision lights, Bubble Observation windows and Patrol doors, Long Range Monarch Fuel Tanks, Radar Altimeter, S-TEC Autopilot  (Instrument panel returned to the original configuration minus Police, Fire and Coast Guard communications, and Siren.)
